Rebirth

An audio & visual adventure animated by Patrick Lawler & scored by Landon Trimble, Rebirth celebrates the blurring of man and machine in the creation of digital dreams.

Patrick fed a machine-learning model a massive curated image collection of microscopic textures, biology, machinery, & glass. The neural network dissected and learned all the tiny attributes of this dataset, and then, as if trying to simultaneously recall everything all at once, these digital dreams are born.

The incredible sound design by Landon Trimble pulls you deep into the beautiful yet alien visions with organic intimacy topped with glistening beauty.
