Purple Haze

This image was captured on a backcountry trek in the beautiful coastal mountains of British Columbia. I slept at the base of the summit in preparation to make the final push for sunrise. Around 4am, sleepy eyed and sleep deprived, I unzipped my tent to discover pastel hues stretched across the sky. With a new surge of energy I raced to the top and took in the scene before me. A sea of snowcapped peaks pierced the skyline, while low lying clouds hung in the valleys below creating a surreal and dreamlike realty. This was without a doubt, one of the most memorable moments of the summer of 2021.

Caleb was a fast friend within this space and someone I connected with right away. I know him as someone that uplifts others and unconditionally supports his friends. I am proud to be part of this collective movement to stand behind Caleb and fight back against scam artists.
