Pulsar is a rotating neutron star , this one is called "Vela Pulsar" which is a remnant of a supernova explosion , it spins 11 times per second and creating a distinctive pulsating sound, Pulsars are one of the candidates for the source of ultra-high-energy cosmic rays.
