Protection - Self Portrait

My genesis piece and a bridging point from the development of my work over the past 10 years - a key for the crossing point from analogue to digital.

This piece is a blend of a traditional analogue photograph shot on Ilford HP5 using a Hasselblad 500c/m from 1977 - the photograph was taken in an old abandoned convent on the West Coast of Ireland. The 3D sculpture was built in Gravity Sketch in VR. The final piece was brought together using Cinema 4D.
