Prominence

In autumn these beautiful flowers begin to bloom and stand out nicely against the mostly yellow/greenish color of the sun-beaten meadows. They have become quite rare and I had a hard time finding them. Finally, as I was lying in the meadow later in the evening to photograph a hunter suddenly appeared behind me and told me he almost overlooked me. Even photographing mere flowers can be dangerous at times :-)
