Pluto and Charon

"Pluto and Charon" is one of my earliest GIFs and a precursor to my series Parallels (2014) that poetically examines the way we navigate and exist within the digital landscape.

Charon is a moon of Pluto's. Uniquely, instead of Charon orbiting around Pluto like most moons do, Pluto and Charon are gravitationally locked. They spin around an axis, gazing at one another, forever alone together at the edge of our solar system.
