Plan for a Performance - Paul Hazel Mix

One of two new mixes of the 'Plan for a Performance' text, the first being with accomplished electronica composer Paul Hazel. The second mix, with American artist Phase47, is the subject of the other NFT of the series. Both mixes appear on the @noncepeptualism album 'The Self' released on SWND Records on June 3rd, 2022.

This video features Paul Hazel of Bamboo Radical Records and the generative art video output of American conceptual coder Northwoods (Charlie Kramer). To create the visuals, the text was converted by Northwoods to binary code, which was then converted into sound in ChucK, which was then used to trigger the visuals in Processing.

'Plan for a Performance' has thus far been performed at Plas Bodfa on Anglesey, at The Shift, Cardiff, and at Elysium Gallery in Swansea, and at the seventh Axe Head to Everything Collective group show in Swansea in May 2022.
