PINONG
Photography: Verlin Santos Digital Painting: Rey Alejandro 2022
This piece is part of the Make Some Noise Collection — a collaboration of Verlin Santos and Rey Alejandro.
A collaboration by Verlin Santos and Rey Alejandro. These dark dramatic images are shot by Verlin from an underground event in Cavite. Organized by Ingay Likha which offers a venue for different forms of art like music, rap battle, spoken poetry, and live art. It was all about performing the best out of you by sharing your art, your voice in an open atmosphere.
Rey visualizes this intense passion and genuine raw culture with powerful and free-flowing brush strokes.
We try to capture and portray this one-of-a-kind event where artists coming from different backgrounds all experiencing art in the moment.
