Pink Reflections

Mirrors are a recurring theme in my photography, the reflections and clarity offered by them are quite beautiful to me. The pink in this image is due to using an infrared camera at 590nm. I love creating images that people cannot distinguish from a 3D render or an actual photograph. When I take my photographs, I imagine them to be a still from animation and hopefully, the viewer feels that I accomplished that. Pink reflections remind me of an anime by Makoto Shinkai. The blue skies, the pink trees, and the mirror all come together in harmony to create this dreamlike scene.
