Piano

The piano is one of the most popular musical instruments in the world. The piano is a keyboard instrument in which hammers strike metal strings to produce sound when the keys are pressed. The name "piano" comes from the Italian word pianoforte, which means "soft and loud," because the player can control the pressure of the fingers to make the sound soft or loud.
