Photographing MEN

As an admirer of Hugo Faz's artwork, I was thrilled to meet in person at NFTNYC23. The fact that he's one of my collectors only added to my excitement.

His magnetic personality and passion for his craft were just as impressive as his artistic creations, making it a no-brainer for me to want him in front of my lens.

After scouring my hotel for the right location and lighting, we snuck onto the locked rooftop and shot on the fly, without any preconceived notions about poses or concepts. The resulting image is this breathtaking image of Hugo at ease, with the iconic Manhattan skyline as the backdrop.

This photograph encapsulates the essence of the NFT’s, representing the meaningful connections that arise between artists in real life and the special memories that are created through collaboration. I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Hugo Faz, and am honoured to include our collaboration in my NFT work.
