In search of Patterns in Canary Wharf, London E14...This is a dynamic pattern of two white swans approaching each other in a time sequence, sampled 6 times. A "white swan event" (as opposed to a "black swan" event, popularized by Nassim Taleb) is an event, a priori, forecastable by data. In this case, one could expect that the two white swans, seemingly looking at each other, and seemingly converging at each other, would somehow enter to some sort interaction (even a romantic one, could one have speculated)...BUT this is not what happens! Instead, when they cross, they just ignore each other and continue their trajectory in complete indifference...
