Riots were unavoidable due to the actions of the officers who were also emotional, it could be because of misunderstandings or other things.

The apparatus, which is expected to be able to maintain a sense of security for the community, is in contrast to the actual conditions. Under institutions that are weak in terms of the application of the law, the community should always be vigilant and take care of themselves so that they feel safe in their daily activities.
