Pantera, the Volcano Intermediary

Pantera was born in a volcano. Her coat is black like the volcanic earth with a glow that reflects her lava birth and volcano temperament.

Underneath her still and calm exterior, she hides a gigantic response that can arise at any moment with the slightest of pressure. We could predict her intentions if we knew how to listen to the movements of the tectonic plates.

Being born from the depths of the earth, from the cracks of the plates, Pantera is directly connected to the heart of our planet, when the planet is hurting she feels the pain as her own.

This collaboration project was set into motion by a last minute pairing in a community event called Blinddate in February 2022, where two artist were randomly paired to do a collab project together. The very first project was a unicorn in a bubble.
