Palette
Amidst the swirling hues of my mind, There lies a palette of colors undefined, Each shade a reflection of my soul, A symphony of emotions that I cannot control.
In the vibrant reds of passion and love, I find the warmth of a blazing sun above, But with it comes the burning pain, Of a heart that yearns for love in vain.
In the calming blues of peace and serenity, I find the stillness of a tranquil sea, But within its depths lie secrets untold, And a darkness that cannot be controlled.
In the verdant greens of hope and growth, I find the promise of a future unknown, But with it comes the fear of the unknown, And the uncertainty of a path unshown.
In the golden yellows of joy and happiness, I find the lightness of a carefree spirit, But with it comes the looming darkness, Of a world that can be cruel and merciless.
In the somber grays of sorrow and grief, I find the weight of a heavy heart, But within it lies a strength and belief, That can never be torn apart.
In the kaleidoscope of my mind, The palette of colors I find, A reflection of my deepest fears, And my hopes, dreams, and tears.
Each hue a part of who I am, A mosaic of colors that make up the grand, Canvas of my life, and though it may seem, Chaotic and complex, it is all but a dream.
