Ouroboros

Undesignated anomaly, a perpetually self eating organism. It is not currently understood the reasoning behind the organisms autosarcophagy, or indeed, the point of it even existing. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose, but possesses remarkable regenerative abilities, such is typical of aquatic life, however "Ouroboros" was found in a crater, it came from space.
