A harmoniously composed abstract organic form, synthesized on a modular synthesizer system, displayed on a precision CRT tube XYZ vector display, where it is photographically captured. This is the first in a series of oscillons created by RENIERRA. Oscillons were the first form of digital or electronic art. The first art piece fully recognized as computer-made, and hence, “digital,” was "Oscillon 1" made in 1950 by the American computer scientist Ben Laposky, who also coined the term "oscillon."
