OP3RUS-III by Operus

"OP3RUS-III"

Is my FND Genesis piece and a tribute to my dad who is also named Operus who recently passed away a few months ago.

He was the one who introduced me to a variety of stuff from Anime, Mechas, Star Wars, Superheroes and other stuff that inspires me today. He was also my No. 1 supporter and always supported me and pushed me into becoming a better artist.

The design is a mix and match of stuff that me and my dad loved like for example the helmet is inspired from the overall shape of Darth Vader and the details comes from Mechas such as Gundam. The outfit is inspired from Cyberpunk/SciFi outfits because we loved those genres. Then the sword is inspired from a Samurai Katana because we loved samurais and I made the blade of the katana into a lightsaber to continue on adding Star Wars inspired elements.

I named it OP3RUS-III because I'm actually the 3rd Operus in my family and this is my way to push what he inspired me to the next generations of Operus in the family.
