Oneiric Ripples

A generative art piece where each layer has been created using the same algorithm with a slight variation of the base parameters. The layers change automatically each hour and the intensity of the pattern in the image varies from softer during the evening/night to more intense during daylight. For this creation I chose two set of colours: blue/violet and red. The contrast between cold and warm colours, their continuously changing position and the wavy pattern tend to create the same sensory experience I get when I’m dreaming or in deep sleep.
