Off to Rivendell is a Lord Of The Rings based image, shot in the Catlins of the South Island, New Zealand. New Zealand is known for its beautiful locations, especially those showcased in The Lord Of the Rings and The Hobbit films. This waterfall was not in the either of films however it does have that Middle Earth vibe.
