Ode to Monet

This series is inspired by the creator's favourite Impressionist Claude Monet and his paintings of Waterlilies, Waterloo Bridge, and Sunset on the Seine. It strips off the defining brushwork of impressionism - which was once heavily criticised and not considered art - instead forming an attempt to distill pure colour and geometry, as well as capturing time, something that Monet was famously known for. It is an impression of an impressionist.
