The observer is a topic I need to discuss here, in addition to the subjects covered in the previous two works. As we know from experiments in the field of quantum mechanics, the most popular of which is the experiment where light photons behave differently when observed versus when not observed. If we consider that everything in the universe is made up of energy, or different forms of light, we can talk about an observer effect that holds everything together. The point where it intersects with the noise hypothesis is significant. We can think of the law of gravity as a processor and the processed data emerging as data, or the possibility of data being selected from a "noise" pool through gravity raises the question of who or what is doing all this. This is where we need an observer. Some call it God, others call it Energy or Source. Whatever its name, without an observer, the functioning of all laws in this universe is nearly impossible. This work is an example for myself of how things could be from the perspective of an "observer."
