this is OATLY, a beat I named after the oatmilk brand.
this beat has a funny story actually.
i joined the kenny beats discord to compete in one of his beat battles and me and an old friend joined one of the studio vc's late one night. there was this british kid who wanted to have a beat battle and sent me the guitar sample that this beat is based around. i made the first thirty seconds of this on that call and the kid was like you already won and i laughed.
eventually i came back and extended it just because i loved the groove and i loved the gliding in that 808.. I then played the bass lines at 1:11 and then let the track marinate a bit lol. then tika and allan released yebo life and the acapella to it and i was like AHA! i have the perfect beat for this. Thus i extended it a bit more and now the full OATLY was born.
If you read all this and you collect, i will give you a free glass of oatly :)
