I live in the north of Thailand. Many people and tribe live together. We have beautiful tradition and culture. We have farms and vegetable gardens, this is truly simple life.
When I was young, I remembered every morning in the winter, after wake up I will make a bonfire to warm myself and my grandma. I miss those old time.
One tradition I can remember is "Poy Sang Long". It is a rite of passage ceremony among the Shan people in Mae Hong son, Thailand. The grown-ups will take the boy up on the shoulder and walk to the temple. This ceremony feels so special for me.
So I draw some history of the north of thailand that I know on this artwork.
