I worked with 'The The Triumph of Death' (by Pieter Bruegel the Elder, 1562) and wanted to inspect and transform / transport it.
On the narrative level the work of Bruegel is extremely disturbing, highly irritating and cruel. This adaption here, created by myself in dialogue with the machine (and Disco Diffusion), is not even close to the level of disturbance or irritation and has only a very thin layer of narrative moment. But I decided to document the process and to publish it. Perhaps 1-2 versions will follow. I will offer this piece for a very moderate price, because it is not nearly as powerful as Bruegel's work.
