"No Mires"

The title is "don't watch" in spanish and the picture is about a juvenile experience, a memory from when I was young. There was a moment when we had been to a closed quary, which had filled with water and people went there for swimming and refreshing. There I saw a girl who really left my mind blank, I stared at her and could not look away. She needed to make a sign with her hand covering her face and turning her head, so that I became aware that she was about to change clothes and would prefer me not to watch her. Using an image of a pendant named "Gota" ("Drop"), my usual quest led me to this setup, which I find a perfect expression of the girl's gesture. Four "leaves" or "feathers", delicately covering a beauty, and a somehow swirling movement in the background, like gently moving deep water.
