Night Falls

This piece is from a series of futuristic city paintings; 'Imaginary Cities'. Created purely from my imagination. Starting with abstract shapes, forming them into architectural structures, and finally developing a dream-like cityscape.

I can imagine staring at this atmospheric city from across the water for the first time, and as night falls, being tempted to venture into it, exploring the unknown world that inhabits it.
