Newton's Cradle

Newton's Cradle is a device that demonstrates the conservation of momentum and energy with the help of swinging objects. If there were no opposing forces (friction), the system could work forever, but in fact it is unattainable. However, today's reality shows us the confrontation of other forces, at the level of segregation and discrimination of the disputing parties.. it isn't necessary to be an adherent of any side, sooner or later the pendulum will stop anyway.. the only thing that isn't yet clear is under the influence of what force.. Prudence? Stupidity? or something else?
