Neon Streets

Do you feel like graffiti is a form of Darkness or even evil? For me when I look at graffiti all I see neon lights glowing every where. Each one blinking at me in their own bright way as if they were the Light or the good of humanity. All the time I read tags and its like they all speak to me is a way that makes my heart drip every time...
