"Nageki" is a powerful Japanese word meaning grief or mourning, often used in art, literature, and music to express deep sadness and emotional pain.
This series of 80 artworks expresses the pain of a child with strange facial features and shows the fragility of our lives and social relationships. The influences of Jean-Michel Basquiat are evident in the use of color and texture.
