My Torment

They say I’m broken and I can’t be fixed… I hide away.

They say I’m not perfect and should be ashamed… I hide away

They get inside my head with their venomous words… I hide away

They tell me how I should be… I say no! I will not! No more. My flower will bloom and I will no longer be afraid to be me!
