MY MIND
I gave it that title because this isn't just an artwork —it’s a map of a territory only I inhabit. Every swirl of blue is a current of my own calm, every slash of orange is my own private fire. The deep blacks? Those are my shadows, the ones I know by name. The little sparks of white are the quiet, clear thoughts that surprise even me.
I called it MY MIND because it’s the most honest thing I’ve ever made. It’s not pretty or peaceful. It’s messy, layered, sometimes violent, sometimes gentle. It’s contradictory, just like I am. This is where I live when I close my eyes. This is the noise and the silence, the memory and the moment, all happening at once.
When you look at it, you’re not just looking at colors on canvas. You’re looking directly into my consciousness. You’re seeing what it feels like to be me, from the inside. It’s vulnerable. It’s a little frightening. But it’s true.
So I named it MY MIND as both a confession and a challenge. This is me. Now… who are you?
