Inside me is a boundless sea, sometimes calm like moonlit nights, sometimes a storm whose waves crash old memories onto the shore.
Mountains of dreams have risen there, snow of doubt sits on their peaks, and deep valleys that I have named "fear."
There is also a small town with winding alleys of thought, its lamps sometimes on, sometimes off; the people there are all mine, with different clothes, different accents, different ages.
And in the center of all this, a small child sits on a swing, with his legs dangling, looking at the endless sky inside me and laughing.
Because he knows that this chaos and peace, this darkness and light, is what makes me "me."
