I make art to satisfy an ‘inner need’. To see something that resonates with who I am and how I feel. I like to make work that surprises me: Something that I haven’t seen before. Something new and so beautiful that I feel it. I make work that is generated form the previous piece. I’ve started to incorporate elements that extend out of the picture plane as a way of symbolising relationships to sources of influence outside of art, abstraction and NFT. These extensions lead the way to what I learn and incorporate into my life. I like to think the artistry lies in what I create from the knowledge I accumulate.
