Mother Healer

This piece is inspired by the tribal life of India, which is peculiar for holistic herbal medicine. The work depicts the Mother Healer collecting the mystical flower ‘Hara’ which is known for its healing properties and is considered sacred according to these tribes. Having lived in harmony with nature for centuries, the tribes have identified various herbs which can heal a variety of illnesses without any side effects. They are rooted in the belief that nature caters to the souls that revere it.
