MOses Li reexamines the switch between digital space and physical space in his work, observing the objective iterative logic based on data between them. The work is set against the backdrop of the artist's transcendent experience in an unmanned scenic area, using techniques such as fractals and algorithmic generation to explore the visualization of the invisible energy transformation behind things and to discuss the relationship between cultural, scientific, and philosophical issues. The artist names the shaping channels behind these relationships MOses, meaning the beginning of chaos. The work transforms known data in nature and the non-natural world into unknown visual models, treating data as energy and using it as a parameter to enter into a series of fractal equations, presenting a continuous self-iterating and even out-of-control change, exploring the unexpected characteristics derived from continuous replication, and observing the complex and diverse possibilities that are difficult to reach in reality. These possibilities combine to form a series of works, becoming a metaphor for an energy field associated with human society. Through different dimensions as from 2D to space and then to time, and the intersection between nature and the unknown, it forms a diverse universe, which can be called MOses’ entry.
