Moonlight Crystal Town

This is an illustration with animated features in a very seussical style....With the sun gone up, the moon came down, to shine it's glow on a crystal town. A heavy rest and nightlong wind, the moonlight town would welcome in. As twinkled lights would float at night, this moonlit town at ease 'til light. Chimneys smoke as clouds roll in, and back, and out, then in again.
