MOM's "szagówki"

"szagówki" in Polish means noodles made of potatoes and flour with the addition of an egg, in the shape of an oval lump, boiled in water. After cooking, drain them and serve, pouring melted butter with the addition of breadcrumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Heaven and hell in one.
