Modesty

Baroque still lifes have a special, quiet beauty. The painting "Wild stawberries" by Adriaen Coorte is a special one. I tried to implement it differently. Still life meets self-portrait.

In a surreal approach to the theme of modesty. In the almost invisible beauty of calm and simplicity lies the strength to withstand an ever escalating world.
