I have visited this popular arch probably 8 times in the last 14 months and each time I would shoot it I’d leave feeling unimpressed with what I’d captured. I’ve seen thousands of amazing shots from this iconic arch but I never wanted that same shot as everyone else. Each time i’d visit I would try to play with lighting or composition but it never felt original or different. I always wanted a shot of this arch that felt like you were on an alien world. I finally got the shot I wanted.
