Iterate over a grid, reducing co-ordinates by rounding, then pass through a periodic function. Find the distance from a fixed point related to the width and height, subtracting a time-based constant. Find the sine of this value, then use the grid size to find a dot size. Plot, if the location of the point is within a certain distance of the centre. Repeat.
