Mind Obstacles

The brain lays out what it sees, ready to be presented to the mind. The mind may, or may not, pay attention to this visual information about the outside world, because it may be occupied elsewhere. As it happens, the mind I am talking about has a particular interest in spherical objects, so when one appears, it notices it; gets quite excited even!
