Mesa

This is a semi-abstract piece which I created to show a 'Mesa', one of the almost flat-topped geological formations that I observed during my travels in the USA.

As the Spanish explorers travelled across the American South West, they came across these features and called them 'mesas' as they looked to them like the tops of tables.
