This AI-generated video loop is born from a hybrid process—trained on a series of physical paintings I've created over the years, now reinterpreted through machine vision. The soundtrack is also AI-generated, extending the work’s logic into sound.
I grew up in a suburban town where an industrial river lay hidden behind tree-lined backroads—a secret terrain that became my earliest playground and sparked my first paintings. That sense of veiled infrastructure and shifting borders has continued to influence my work.
These landscapes, once painted by hand and inspired by real locations—both physically visited and digitally explored via early VR and Google Earth—have now entered a new phase. The result is a looping, speculative architecture—half-remembered, half-invented—a composite of past works and new digital renderings.
This piece is part memory, part hallucination. It bridges material practice and generative possibility, where the hand meets the machine in a layered meditation on place, presence, and perception.
