Lust

The nature of human has drastically tilted towards the materialistic wellbeing. They have delved into this mud so deep that they almost forget that one day they will meet the ultimate truth i.e. the death. This art piece is speaking about this trait of human. The bird ( soul ) trying to fly away from the right eye and red eyeballs representing the lure and lust of the character is wide open in lust for more. The skull has grabbed the wings of bird as if he will never let her go from its body. But as you know time is the wheel that makes every particle meet its destination, the ultimate truth.
