Luna

This artwork was created for artist Reinhard Schmid's first solo drop on Makersplace and is originally presented IRL by Flux Collective at NEONREAL - The Gallery, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited." - Albert Einstein

"Luna" is a mesmerizing micro-movie that transports the viewer into a surreal world of technology and mysticism. Based on Reinhard Schmid's own traditional artwork and digital assets, the artwork conveys the twisted logic of a dream with its often disjointed jumps and personal memory fragments. The story's dream-like atmosphere is brought to life through strong colored visuals and the driving beat of a rhythmic soundtrack. With winged monitors flying towards the moon alongside soaring Bitcoins, blended into the appearance of a mysterious goddess flying by a portal to another dimension, "Luna" presents a trippy blend of modern technology and ancient mysticism.
