LUCY MK1007

Lucy MK1 is a generative art project developed on Ableton Live and MaxLive.

Exploring generative music, Lucy MK1 is an automaton written to compose musical pieces entirely from ordered randomness through midi commands interpreted by VST and samplers.

After the musical composition, it is inserted again into MAXLIVE to be read and reinterpreted in the form of a pixelart animation, using the output generated by the instruments as parameters for the video synthesis.

When finished, the animation is exported in MOV.
