[ love is ]
[ love is ]—a dispatch from the bright side of the void. What you’re seeing begins where the mind goes quiet: the visual composition began with photography/videography of a real-life nighttime starry sky as captured by this lone documentarian as she stood upon a solitary mountain peak thrust into Nevada's cloudless canopy of twinkling shifting stars. From that field of points, a sentence appears—love is—not a promise, a protocol. Tuned to 432 Hz and composed to uplift and energize, the musical experience may elicit physical sensations of well-being which you may recall forth at anytime, by returning to the piece, by recalling any part of the tune, or your favorite moments of the starlight formations. Those inclined may find it interesting to note any involuntary movements or inclination to sway, relax, move the body, or emote in any way. We encourage indulging these impulses best you can; these are positive responses that are beneficial to allow to flow through, however unexpected.
Provenance for the meticulous: sound shaped in PreSonus Studio One; picture disciplined in DaVinci Resolve and CapCut; capture on Apple iPhone; mark-making refined in Procreate. You are entering a corridor where the infrastructure of alignment has choreography and starlight does the administration. Step closer. If you feel lighter, that isn’t only romance—it’s calibration.
