Long Distance Lovers - Part 2
Title: Long Distance Lovers - Part 2 Artist: iHeart Edition: /3 Medium: JPEG
"Long Distance Lovers - Part 2" is the first work by iHeart available from a set of two NFT artworks that represent the artist's interpretation of one of the most renowned paintings ever created, "The Kiss" by Gustav Klimt.
In this cheeky artwork, iHeart strategically places Klimt's most notorious muse, Adele Bloch-Bauer on a tablet. In Part 1, the tablet shows the welcome screen of Adele video dialling in. In Part 2, the tablet shows Adele's full face ready for a "virtual" kiss from the man.
This work has signature iHeart satire embedded into its core, with a usual stab at the reality of social media.
Both NFTs of Part 1 and Part 2 come as a limited edition of 3.
