Known as a beautiful nature drive, Scotsdale Road in Western Australia is lined with the Karri, and makes for a sensual delight as you traverse this special part of Western Australia.
Moving down into the valley from my previous photographic location, I came around a corner and was immediately presented with a beautiful scene as the new days sunlight came through the trees, appearing to chase the cool fog from the scene as it did so, and I just had to stop and capture it, but that shot was not this, shot.
Without moving from my position after taking the previous shot, I had turned around to look behind me, and my reward for doing so was to be greeted with sunlight bursting through a gap in the trees to warm the scene. Once again proving that sometimes the best photograph is behind you.
